Having been personal trainers for many years and gained a large number of diverse qualifications, we realised that our knowledge, expertise and ability to improve people’s lives was limited to a relatively small number of people.

It is with this in mind that we looked for and trialled various different ways of allowing more people to benefit and lose weight from our training.

Each podcast is suitable for a beginner through to an experienced trainer, and gives you an hour of effective exercise (as our testimonials prove). Only a minimum amount of equipment is needed and the sessions can be performed at home, outside or in the gym.
